Implementation Manager - Retirement Administration Center

Mercer's  Retirement Administration Center (RAC) business segment supports clients with the customization and implementation of installed and hosted pension software. 

 

The RAC is seeking an Implementation Manager with a proven track record who can demonstrate the ability to adapt to new environments and will be instrumental in bringing new clients on board successfully.  This position requires the coordination and conversion of qualified defined benefit plans.  The Implementation Manager will establish timelines for plan setup and manage the transfer of plan assets and participant data.  Candidate must work with clients, service providers and internal departments to facilitate a successful conversion.  Some travel required.

 

Responsibilities:Develop processes for implementations and conversions Mentor conversion team members on plan setup and conversion Develop plans in the record keeping systems and all related systems Provide operational assistance to clients Troubleshoot conversion data discrepancies

 

 

 

Qualifications:College degree preferred 7 + years experience in the retirement services field required 3 + years experience in related plan implementations and conversions Proficient with MS Excel, Word, and Excel Excellent communication, coordination and organizational skills Attention to detail with strong aptitude for analyzing data, reconciliation and problem solving Proven leadership experience
