Responsibilities

Take inbound sales requests from our partners and customers

Follow up on quotes offered

Seek and act on cross sell opportunities

Complies with Homesite and Insurance industry standards

Seek out and act on opportunities for continuing education for Property and Casualty licenses.

Core Skills Required

The ability to handle high volume call center sales atmosphere.

A complete understanding of closing a sale.

The ability and drive to sell homeowner’s insurance policies.

Excellent computer skillsPrevious Experience and Education

College education

At least 1 year work experience

Previous sales experience

Outstanding communication and computer skills

The ability to multi-task, establish relationships, and work independently

Previous call center experience a plus

Hours

Flexibility is the key!!! Hours can change at anytime, and you could be asked to work a rotating shift. At this time the hours that we are looking to have candidates work are 12-9 Monday to Friday and Weekends from 9am to 6pm. Your work week would be 5 days.
Compensation, Benefits & BonusesBase- $30K to $36K Uncapped Commission - The average is 15K/year. $2000 upfront bonus for new hires with a current P&C LicenseBenefits start on your first day
