Irving, TX Full Time, Employee Third Shift (Night), Second Shift (Afternoon), First Shift (Day) Sales/Retail/Business Development Less than 1 Year High School or equivalent Infinity Insurance Company (IPCC), a fast growing national provider of personal automobile insurance seeks eager/energetic Inside Sales Call Center Specialists to join our Irving Call Center Team.This exciting position will serve as the primary contact for sales and service to existing clients as well as new customers. You will make no cold calls, but the job involves much more than merely offering price information. After initial training, you will become knowledgeable licensed agents! You will have the ability to provide superior customer service, resolve complex issues, counsel prospects to determine coverage and ultimately sell policies. This is your chance to shine!Multiple Shifts AvailableBase Salary $29,500 + IncentivesThe ideal candidate will have: * At least six months job experience in sales with heavy customer interaction/call center experience or commission sales strongly preferred* PC proficiency in a Windows Environment and typing/data entry skills- 25wpm with 95% accuracy* Excellent time management, organizational and problem solving skills* Professional communication and mathematical skills * Must have the ability to interpret and apply detailed insurance underwriting principals, rate manuals, insurance laws and P & C coverage* Property & Casualty General Lines Agent Licensing a plus.
