Insurance Adjustor With Background In Construction

Develop scope of work and pricing for reconstruction projects resulting from fire, water, wind or mold damage.

Knowledge of the construction industry and construction process. Develop a detailed estimate for property owners and insurance carriers to restore and/or remodel properties.

Ability to assess damage, contents of buildings to determine what must be done to restore.

Ability to use estimating software such as Xactimate 25 and M&S/B.

Understanding of property insurance industry and coverage is extremely helpful.

Ability to manage reconstruction projects.

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to educate consumers on the services offered.

Ability to negotiate with Insurance Industry and Property Owners for proper repair scope.

Excellent customer service attitude and ability to think for themselves.
