This involves working with your Team in helping them make decisions on Risk Management policy for new and renewal policies. The successful candidate must be able to articulate and lead team meetings with peers and upper management as well as have the ability to develop and coach employees in a fast-paced, team environment. Candidate will be responsible for: Leading in the Team management duties, daily activities, and performance standard monitoring. Interpretation, communication, and training of underwriting rules and procedures. Reviewing and mediating contested decisions with the Agency force. Conducting analysis on a variety of subjects, and creating and executing action plans in order to improve results. Bachelors Degree Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to communicate with Team and answer questions on decisions, and training issues as needed. Prior managerial, call center, or insurance experience preferred. Outstanding organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Intermediate to advanced software skills in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Candidate must be open for the possibility of relocation.
