We are seeking an Insurance Claim Adjuster experienced in the field of Tort Liability, specifically pertaining to general liability, personal injury, property damage, auto liability, bodily injury and contractual liability.

You will be investigating active claim cases and reviewing pending claims for a determination of liability or settlement negotiation.  Additional functions will be responding to inquiries regarding the claim and or payment status of pending; issuing final determinations of liability in writing; handling tort liability claims in all areas ranging from bodily injury, auto liability, etc. 

A background in Risk Management and five (5) to ten (10) years experience in dealing with liability claims and working for a public entity are pluses.
