Currently, we have an exciting career opportunity for an Assistant Account Executive in our New Hyde Park Office. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

   Preparation of new or renewal submissions  Work with broker in obtaining insurance proposals.  Review policies and endorsements for correct and accurate information  Enter pertinent and necessary information into operating system  Support broker in communication with client, market and service areas.

 

 REQUIREMENTS

 

1. Minimum 2+ years of Multi-Line Property and Casualty Commercial Insurance   Experience. 2. Display strong customer service skills, focused on handling medium and large commercial insurance accounts. 3. Ability to negotiate with insurance carriers. 4. Strong written, verbal and communication skills. 5. Superior problem solving skills 6. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks. 7. Must have good computer skills with working knowledge of word, excel, and outlook.

8. Bachelors Degree required

      9. Knowledge of Sagitta System a plus.
