Insurance Customer Service Representitive

Job Purpose:

 

Service customers by provided quick and complete information regarding customer's insurance needs

 

Requirements:

 

* Take incoming calls from agency customers, helping them with questions and concerns they have regarding their policies

 

* Answer and process telephone, fax and email requests from customers and companies

 

* Must have the ability to work independently, make independent decisions, and demonstrate organizational and leadership abilities

 

*Maintain assigned customers' accounts and make contact with customers as required

 

*Must possess effective oral, written, and listening communication skills

 

*Will be expected to achieve and maintain specific performance levels

 

*Attain and/or maintain an Indiana P&C license

*Bilingual a plus!
