Insurance Staff Position - State Farm Agent Team Member

This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs.

Some positions require candidates to possess and maintain FINRA Series 6 and 63 or other state securities required licenses.

Desired qualities include: Ethical and Honest Must have applicable license or must obtain applicable licensing requirements. Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs Dedicated to customer service Experience in a variety of computer applications, particularly Windows Ability to work in a team environment Ability to make presentations to potential clients Achieve mutually agreed upon marketing goals Ability to conduct interviews in the office State securities required licenses Courses on ethical and client centered sales practices will be required Compensation includes salary plus commission
