This is an inside sales position selling insurance products. Whether you are already licensed and experienced in insurance sales, or have solid sales skills and need to learn the insurance industry, this is a ground-floor opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing organization with tremendous earning potential.
Our TeleSales team makes outbound calls and also receives inbound calls from prospects as well as working leads from various marketing sources. You will work with existing accounts as well as develop new accounts resulting in creating sales opportunities. We support you with unlimited leads, proven marketing methods and a systematic sales approach.

Salary/Wage: Base Hourly pay depending on skills and experience with bonus that can bring you minimum $50K. Six figure income is achievable, actual income potential is unlimited.
Shifts: Full Time or Part Time available, Flexible Hours
Monday through Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm, some availability for evenings

We offer: Flexible schedules, full time or part time. Weekdays 9:00am to 6:00pm. We will train you and set you on the path to earn unlimited income in insurance sales. No lead costs and no overhead. Work in the comfort of a nice facility with all your tools (computer, phone) provided.
If you are not licensed to sell insurance we offer a training program and will help qualified and selected ambitious candidates with the cost of the licensing process. However, you must prove your potential ability by joining our appointment setting team in order to be considered for our insurance sales training/licensing path.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills (speaking, listening, questioning) are essential to your success. Recognizing buying signals and ability to ask for the sale is critical. You should have good computer skills, ability to type at least 30 wpm. Qualified candidates must have a stable work history and good attendance with past employers. Knowledge of the insurance industry and former inside sales experience is a plus!
