Our client, a national organization recognized by FORTUNE Magazine as one of 'America's Fastest Growing Companies' is seeking an Insurance Marketing Assistant  for a Direct- Hire position who will be responsible for assisting selling Agent with entire marketing cycle.

 

We are looking for someone with the following skills:

 

• Bachelor's Degree
• Ideal candidate must be energetic
• Insurance background preferred
• Have a working knowledge of Excel & Word
• Ability to learn quickly, multi-task and work well in a team or individual environment
• Candidate must possess good written and oral communication skills

 

Duties


Responsibilities include:

 

• Assisting with marketing proposals
• Paperwork
• Packet preparation
• Conducting open enrollment meetings
• Administrative functions necessary to complete the marketing for each client and prospective client
