Job Purpose:
Cross sell existing agency client base and build business within identified markets, targeting commercial, homeowners, and auto customers.
Duties: Develop prospects through an organized agency direct solicitation program, identify business opportunities using contacts and databases and establish affiliations through community affairs, affiliations and other contacts. Develop all information and recommendations for prospective accounts, present proposals and adhere to agency policies and procedures for writing a new product. Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; research and recommend new opportunities. Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors. Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing Nationwide Insurance standards.
