Auto Insurance Discounters, Inc has been providing quality insurance products since our founding. AID began as a 2 person operation in 1992 and has grown into a team of over 50 'family members'.  Today we have 12 locations in Houston and the surrounding counties.

This position will support our various satellite locations in writing policies and servicing new and existing customer’s needs.  BI-LINGUAL POSITIONS AVAILABLE







 

Duties and Responsibilities: Handling the completion of insurance applications for new and existing customersExplain coverages on policies offered as well as changes made to existing policiesServicing existing customers various needsAnswering telephone calls from customersMaintain monthly sales quota for new businessAccept and process payments from customers in a timely mannerRelies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goalsOther duties may be assigned as needed

 

Minimum Qualifications:A valid P&C or Limited Lines  license for State of Texas is a plusPrevious insurance experience is a plusPrevious sales/customer service experience is a plusBi-lingual applicants PREFERREDStrong communication and organizational skillsComfortable handling steady conversations with customersBasic computer knowledge requiredMust be motivated and a self starter
