JOB OVERVIEW:

 

Servicing new and existing customer's needs. Assists in the production of new personal lines accounts and the retention of renewing accounts in keeping with the agency goals.  DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

 *Handling the completion of insurance applications for new & existing customers*Explain coverage on policies offered as well as changes made to existing policies*Answering telephone calls from customers*Actively seek referrals from current client base to solicit for new business prospects.*Cross-selling with each customer contact*Maintains customer records by updating account information with each contact with customer*Resolve problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

*Previous insurance a plus*Previous sales/customer service experience*BI-LINGUAL APPLICANTS PREFERRED*A valid P/C license*Must be motivated and a self starter        Salary based on experience
