Insurance Specialist (P&C)   Primary Responsibilities Include:·  Providing CAI/CHL customers with the appropriate Property and Casualty Insurance coverage·  Telemarketing to all potential Lead Sources and/or current Campaigns·  Making at least 50 telemarketing calls per day (geared towards 25 Sales presentations, 10 Prospect Development candidates and 5 Sales)·  Submitting high-quality, needs-based business·  Executing Business/Action Plans (as developed and outlined with the P&C Insurance Sales Manager)·  Focusing on Lead efficiency and effectiveness·  Working with all Lead Sources in a professional and timely manner to maximize the potential of each individual Lead·  Cross-selling and/or "x-dating" to the Auto and Life Departments   A Successful Candidate Will Have:·  High school diploma or equivalent·  Valid P&C Insurance license (with no compliance issues)·  Effective interpersonal and communicational skills·  Effective telephone etiquette and selling skills·  Knowledge of divisional products and services·  Knowledge of the laws pertaining to Telemarketing and P&C Sales·  2+ years experience in an Insurance and/or Customer-Service environment—preferably within a professional Telemarketing Department·  1+ year(s) experience rating, quoting, selling and servicing P&C Insurance·  Stable and successful employment history in Personal-Lines Insurance Sales·  PC literacy—with proficiency in Lotus Notes, Microsoft Word, Excel and other Windows-based applications   The Ideal Candidate May Also Possess:·  Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or related field   Countrywide is committed to leveraging the talent of a diverse workforce to create great opportunities for our business and our people.
