Insurance Support Analyst
Description:In a call center environment, support Agency Markets customers and consumers of all Agency Markets regional companies in the effective and efficient use of existing and future automated services. Support all Agency Markets regional companies on an on-demand basis due to a highly diverse product set and technology platforms/applications. In conjunction with companies' agency interface staff, ensures that the needs of the customers are met as well as the most productive use of the applications/tools is achieved. **Some evening hours are requiredQualifications:Bachelors' or equivalent experience. Insurance related preferred. 1 - 2 years experience. Insurance knowledge and background in an agency or company. Customer service including superior communications skills' oral and written; PC office and insurance applications; superior analytical, diagnostic and problem solving skills.
