INSURANCE UNDERWRITER    Bellevue, WA

 

POSITION DUTIES:Maintain dealer contact and participate in contract negotiations. Underwrite Owner Operator insurance submissions within approved authority.Solicit business through dealers and Area Insurance Sales Managers.May be responsible for maintaining licensing database in conjunction with state insurance regulations. Issuance of producer statement, as required. Special projects and management reporting as assigned.

 

POSITION SKILLS and REQUIREMENTS:Two years experience underwriting physical damage insurance for heavy-duty trucks. Broad insurance expertise; insurance processing experience. Strong communication and organization skills. Strong analytical and negotiation skills

 

EDUCATION:College degree strong preferred. Washington Property and Casualty Agents license desired.
