This position serves as a consultative partner to business lines and regions and is involved in all stages of the campaign lifecycle. PRIMARY DUTIES:- Serve as a consultative partner to business lines and regional sales units to develop marketing communications programs- Develop, implement and administer strategies that contribute to the overall marketing objectives to improve customer retention, increase revenue and profitability.- Execute the interactive marketing strategy including but not limited to: targeting and segmentation, marketing automation, marketing analytics, and project management of marketing initiatives. - Perform quantitative analysis of marketing communications programs and prepare financial cost/benefit. Identify, plan, measure and maximize ROI via marketing programs - Develop and deliver comprehensive project plans and manage them from conception through reporting - Provide copywriting, proofreading and editorial support as needed for communications projects.- Oversee development and maintenance of customer database to support targeted marketing campaigns.- Establish and manage program budgets.  - Ensure communications comply with corporate style guidelines and brand identity. OTHER:- BS degree in communications or related field, or equivalent experience.- Minimum 5 years experience in marketing communications or related field- Initiative, leadership and organizational abilities. - Thorough knowledge of and experience in direct marketing channels, including email, tools, procedures, products and methods- Demonstrated project management skills and ability to analyze processes. - Proven direct response experience in preparation, execution and management of marketing plans and budgets. - Considerable knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements - Good communication and facilitation skills and the ability to build relationships at multiple levels.- Excellent time and project management skills.- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel.
