Define and measure the appropriate key metrics on an ongoing basis.Analyze and provide insights on the company website(s) traffic and conversion to the website from offline marketing channels such as TV, radio, direct mail, etc., utilizing Hitbox, Tealeaf and others.Analyze online data using various analytical tools to uncover trends and provide insight that will maximize our online marketing efforts as well as our overall business objectives.Research and analyze business trends and customer behavior data to identify opportunities for website enhancements and new internet marketing initiatives.Analyze and understand the key drivers of performance related to our online marketing campaigns including targeted banners, paid and unpaid search, email blasts, etc.Requirements:BA/BS in business, mathematics, economics, statistics, finance or related degree which requires strong analytical abilities.5+ years proven experience in an analytical role; experience with business forecasting, program profitability analysis. 1+ years experience with internet metrics measurement and analysis.Internet experience. Experience with web analytic tools such as Website story (HItbox), Tea Leaf, etc.Experience with or knowledge of Internet marketing tactics such as banner campaigns, email blasts, paper-click/affiliate marketing programs, search engine optimization and paid search campaigns. Business/financial modeling capabilities with tools such as Excel and/or Access. Experience applying statistical analysis principles to business challenges.
