Junior Group Insurance Administrator

Major Duties and Functions Include: Delivers high quality service to participants and Institutional customers by providing administrative services relating to enrollments, case implementations, claims, billing administration, and call center activities. Develops, reviews, and evaluates new and on-going death benefits, enrollments, statements of health, and beneficiary forms to determine liability as provided in contract provisions, policies, and procedures. Maintains data in automated systems. Corresponds with participants, employers, and representatives by phone, fax, mail, and email in a clear, concise, confidential, and accurate manner. Performs other related duties as assigned or required. What You Need to Succeed: This position requires accuracy and attention to detail, strong math skills and a focus on Customer Service.
