Provides effective presentation of sales and marketing seminars for agents, systems training classes for customer service representatives and train the trainer classes for DMs. Identifies issues and trains agents to manage profitability, compliance, and growth.Position Requirements:Prepares and delivers sales training for agents customized to the product, regional competition and state requirements. Monitors course effectiveness to ensure trainees have acquired, and are able to use necessary job skills.Prepares and delivers DM-specific curriculum designed to prepare the DM to provide support to agents to successfully sell commercial products to “proactive classes” customers. Monitors the effectiveness of each course to ensure trainees have acquired, and are able to use, the necessary job skills. Assists the commercial wholesaler with follow up and training of the DMs that have completed University of Farmers courses.Prepares, delivers and tracks the results of courses designed to assist the customer service representatives and other agency and district employees with using the commercial processing systems (e-CLS) and other web-enabled initiatives.Assists agents and DMs with achieving Commercial new business, PIF, premium, loss ratio and retention goals.Conducts needs analysis of the field to define training needs that are not being met. Coordinates with HO Commercial Marketing department to formulate and develop plans and courses to meet the identified needs.Conducts Commercial Agency Quality Reviews at the request of HO, Service Center or State Office.Provides on-going support to agents, district managers and their staff through face-to-face coaching, phone, e-mail, web meeting and fax.Gathers and reports trends identified through contact with the agents to HO; coordinates efforts with Product Development, Marketing, Research and Development and other departments to improve current and future products and the ability to sell them.Maintains relationships with State Executives, the staff and District Managers to act as a liaison for commercial.Attends and participates in business meetings, conferences, seminars and conventions that effect commercial insurance matters as requested.Performs other duties as assigned..
