Key Account – Operations Coordinator – Retirement

 

This position will be responsible for all of the day to day operations support functions for our Retirement initiatives. This individual will work closely with the following areas: retirement sales, compliance, operations, legal, key accounts, marketing, ops and senior management, and most importantly, our clients. Primary responsibilities include coordinating key information needed for retirement contracts, retirement service provider agreements, and record keeping. This role will also serve  as a liaison to other internal resources.

 

The successful candidate will demonstrate an expertise in managing multiple projects with a keen attention to detail,  present complex information in a succinct manner, as well as excel in oral and written communication. Along with a BA or BS, a Series 6 and 63 (or ability to obtain in a reasonable timeframe), strong analytical, problem solving and decision making skills are requisite.
