LTD Disability Claims Team Manager

Description:Supervises unit of LTD Disability Claims Case Managers to ensure timely and appropriate case management of claims of moderate and most complexity. Provide immediate mentoring and feedback to staff, address claimant-level service issues with both claimants and local employer representatives. Assist Manager in addressing larger workflow and staffing issues within unit. B.A./B.S. or equivalent experience plus 4-6 years of disability claims case management experience (or related claims experience). Supervisory or team leader experience preferred but not required.
