Lead Specialist

Applied Underwriters is continuing the expansion of its 400-employee operations center in Omaha, NE. This is an excellent opportunity to obtain a key position with a stable national company in a professional, friendly, safe, and clean environment. Our current needs include a full-time, Lead Specialist. The ideal candidate will have experience with outbound telemarketing sales.  This is a Business to Business role in which Lead Specialists reach out to small businesses to identify current insurance providers.  This position is 100% phone work.  You must be self motivated and comfortable managing your own schedule.  Starting pay is $12/hr with incentives.  Outstanding benefits: medical, dental and vision, with free pharmacy plan.

DESCRIPTION
Contact businesses via the telephone to determine Agent contact and other pertinent information specific to their workers compensation insurance. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESObtain agency/broker contact information from appropriate business contact(s) Verify contact information for accuracy Manage and maintain the lead database Create and update various reports for management Research projects as needed Administrative duties as assigned



Requirements
