JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for the direct sales of insurance and insurance related products.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Place and receive outbound and inbound calls related to insurance sales and sales support.
Process related paperwork or documentation.
Participate in ongoing training and development, including mandatory continuing education.
Acquire and maintain the appropriate insurance licenses with assistance from the Licensing department.
Assist in the training of newly hired agents and representatives.
Other duties as assigned.



Required Skills

SKILLS AND BACKGROUND REQUIRED:

Current L&H  insurance license OR the ability to obtain one which we can help with.
At least 19 years of age.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Sales / customer service experience preferred.
Excellent verbal communication skills.Required Experience
