Licensed Customer Service Agent needed for rapidly expanding Independent Insurance Agency

LTTInsurance Agency, Inc. is one of the fastest growing property andcasualty agencies in the Mahoning Valley.  We are looking for afriendly, efficient Customer Service Agent to help adequately serviceour rapidly expanding customer base.

 

We are anindependent agency representing approximately 17 companies.  We are afast-paced, energetic group who likes to have fun and work hard.

 

What will you be doing?

 

*Making changes requested by current clients

*Answering questions for our clients

*Making initial appointments with new clients

*Verifying policy information

*Compiling client files

*Entering client information into management software

*Completing insurance quotes

 

What are the job requirements?

 

*Good computer skills

*Excellent communication and personal skills

*Minimum 2 years in the insurance industry

*Accounting knowledge is a plus, but not required

*Current P&C license
