As An Inbound Sales Agent You Will:

1)Speak directly with clients who are actively seeking health insurance quotes on our web portals.
2)Compare insurance packages from top-tiered insurance carriers and guide clients through the enrollment process instantly over the phone.
3)Utilize our proprietary technology to close 2 to 3 times more business than the average insurance agent without making unnecessary outside sales visits or cold calls.
4)Take advantage of our seamless verification and pending support staff who simplify the entire underwriting process.

As a Health Benefits Direct insurance agent, you will be trained to become a top closer working side by side with highly skilled and experienced licensed insurance agents in the industry. Our integrated back office support system will enable you to become a top producer in an industry that is growing exponentially. This means that you can focus on improving your sales skills and performance without having to worry about obtaining leads or filling out paper applications.

Required Education:
2/15 Health & Life Insurance License


Compensation:
1) Guaranteed Hourly Wage & Top Residual Commissions + Bonuses
2) Paid Training
3) Full sponsorship of state licensing (including preparatory course) and continuing education classes
4) Comprehensive benefits package, including a generous 401(k) plan


Additional Comments:
Working Conditions

All agents are required to work a minimum of 50 hours per week. The shifts are from 9am to 6pm and 10am to 6pm, Monday to Friday. You are expected to work one day a week until 9pm as well as 1 Saturday a month from 10am until 3pm. Your schedule will be selected for you by your Sales Supervisor.
