Litigation Assistant

We are seeking a Litigation Assistant for a fast-paced medical malpractice insurance company located in Buckhead.  This individual will provide administrative support to a team of Claims Specialists with various tasks related to the set up and handling of a claim.  Duties include transcribing legal and medical claims file dictation.  Three plus years administrative experience as well as transcription experience required with typing skills of at least 65 wpm.  Law firm experience and knowledge of medical terminology a plus.  The successful candidate will be well organized while demonstrating the ability to multi-task in a team environment. They should also possess strong written, verbal, and analytical skills.
