We are one of the leading insurance companies in the United States.  Our superior financial strength and consistent record of strong operating returns mean security for our customers - and opportunities for our employees.  You will find Travelers to be full of energy and a workplace in which you truly can make a difference. We are currently looking for a LoadRunner Performance Scripter/Analyst.  Please read on for more details regarding this position. JOB DESCRIPTION: Work with Performance Test Coordinator to: - Design and develop application performance load tests based on application requirements.- Experience in recording, parameterizing, and debugging LoadRunner scripts using VuGen.- Designing and setting up test scenarios in the Controller.- Prepare test data and conduct performance load test execution. - Provide monitoring test results and LoadRunner reports using the analysis tools.- Work with project Tech Leads for monthly versions and application releases.- Propose and implement process improvements. QUALIFICATIONS:  - 3+ years experience in automated application testing.- 1-2 years of LoadRunner preferred, but will except comparable exp.- Proficient in some or all of the following: C, VB, .Net, Java, (HTML/JavaScript/VBScript), SQL.- Experience with application performance testing concepts.- Strong communication skills.- Customer service oriented.- Works well in team environment.- Good multi-tasking & people skills.- Good working knowledge of MS Office.- Knowledge of Personal Lines insurance industry a plus.- Knowledge of QTP and/or other testing tools a plus. In addition to an exciting environment, we offer: * Competitive base salary with additional opportunities for variable pay through recognition programs and incentive awards * 401(k) with company match* Comprehensive health plans that include coverage for same sex/domestic partners* Strong work/family and employee assistance programs* Tuition reimbursement * Vacation Purchase Plan* Training/Development opportunities We are proud to provide comprehensive, high quality employee programs to meet employees' needs now and in the future, including a very competitive financial package.
