A professional staff will provide extensive hands-on training throughout your career. During your initial training period you will be paid a weekly training allowance. As you progress in your career as a Financial Services Representative, you will receive compensation under our three and one-half year financing plan arrangement that provides income stability during the initial stages of your career as well as incentives to grow professionally.
