Working as a liaison with internal departments and outside vendors, the selected candidate will:Facilitate high-level communications material for new corporate programs, including Medicaid, Medicare, and a variety of marketing initiatives for Independence Blue Cross and its subsidiaries, including AmeriHealth.Supervise staff of communication representatives and oversee project development in regard to creativity, budget and timelines while ensuring a steady workflow between Creative Services and other departments, including tracking and reporting on other communications coordinator's projects.Provide guidance for copy and creative direction for marketing support, sales promotion and other external communication needs for all lines of business.Coordinate projects with internal staff of designers and production coordinators, as well as outside vendors, including advertising agencies, graphic designers, printers and mailhouse/lettershop.Coordinate the internal approval process during pre-production.Review/track the performance of each project and reports relative cost and budget information to management.

Our qualifications include:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising or CommunicationsAt least seven years of experience in a corporate communications or advertising agency environmentCandidates with agency and health insurance industry experience are highly desired.Proficiency in Macintosh desktop publishing and electronic communications softwareExceptional analytical, communication, organization and presentation skills
