Manager, Talent Management

As a result of continued success, FM Global is seeking a new position, Manager of Talent Management, reporting to the Vice President, HR Division Manager. 

 

Deliverables:Develop and deliver organization development strategies and tools; conduct workforce analytics; work with business leaders to identify workforce needs and develop strategies to close workforce gaps; utilize workforce analytics to improve business operations; based upon input from managers, determine reporting needs.Drive and lead success planning process; ensure development actions and planning occurs; internal consultation, collaboration, and identification of changes; review and calibrate measurement results; support enterprise succession planning process at local levels; lead efforts to perform competency and skill assessments; retention strategies to address risks; creates and reports metrics documenting the success of the talent integration initiatives.Define and establish policies for leadership assessments; define program goals and identify areas of potential for leadership position; provide leadership development consulting to senior management; educate managers on external trends in leadership development; bench building – education and development best practices; engage executive coaching; develop internal coaching capabilities; establish competency and skill frameworks; assist management with leadership assessment & development recommendations; pipeline management.Design worldwide diversity strategies, best practices, and programs; champion diversity performance standards for business leaders; support delivery of diversity strategies; identify diversity issues and work to develop and implement business case, strategy, best practices and programs; ensure connectivity to regional and local diversity and community programs.Lead workforce planning and staffing strategy development, designing processes and methodologies to identify the best talent within and outside the organization.Manage retentions programs that ensure an engaged, motivated workforce, including strategies to address the organization’s aging workforce.



Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in related field; Master’s degree preferred15+ years experience in human resources with some global industry experienced preferred and a focus on talent managementManagement and organizational development and career development.Demonstrated success designing, evaluating and recommending improvements to organizational infrastructures and leading initiatives that resulted in measurable improvements and achievement of specific business objectives.Strong business acumen; excellent communications skills; ability to interface at senior executive levels.Strong background in recruiting, employee relations, team building and leading change/organizational transition.  Strong interpersonal skills.  Demonstrated respected leader.High energy.  Results oriented.  Strong team orientation/team builder.
