Manager of Care Management (Case Management)

Community Health Network of Connecticut, Inc. (CHNCT) is seeking an experienced nurse professional with experience in the health insurance/ managed care arena to oversee utilization review and intake activities for our Medicaid members.  In this capacity, and in collaboration with the department Director, the incumbent assists in the development and implementation of programs/processes which support Care Management initiatives, and functions as a clinical resource for the case managers and the intake staff.  Preferred candidates will have a BSN and prior supervisiory experience.
