Manager of Member Services

Dominion Dental USA, Inc. (located in historical Alexandria VA), is presently seeking an experienced Member Services Manager to join our team. The candidate must be able to meet the needs of both internal and external customers, and manage a staff of Member Services Specialists.  He or she should be comfortable working in an open team environment and be able to contribute to process improvements and senior management decisions. 

 

Essential Job Functions: Essential duties and responsibilities include:

 Manage a team of Member Service Specialists, including their hiring, training, and daily supervisionCompile and analyze service data and provide recommendations to managementSupport the administrative activities of our Professional Services and Regulatory Compliance DepartmentsSolve and report problems related to our members, dentists and group administrators Effectively present information and respond to questions from internal and external customers

 

Qualifications:  

 

Candidate should have a combination of education, personal skills and professional experience to include:

 A Bachelors DegreeThree (3) years of management experience relevant to Call Center/Customer Service Operations preferredExperience with data analysis, reporting and business strategy developmentExcellent interpersonal and communications skills, including the ability to interact with numerous people at multiple business levelsSelf motivated, dynamic, and results-oriented Able to thrive in a demanding, fast-paced environment. Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
