Writes and oversees the graphic development and project management of all ERISA advisory, fiduciary and regulatory communications to sponsors. Assists in the ongoing development of Plan Sponsor communications strategy; Works with fulfillment to efficiently produce and distribute materials. Provides opportunistic support including writing, editorial and packaging of all communications to Sponsors and Participants in alignment with our value proposition and to improve the experience of both segments. In charge of MMRS Editorial Board for quarterly newsletter - Perspectives Quarterly.  In addition will write all content and manage the fulfillment process. Positions, packages, writes and fulfills all pre and post sales materials.  Insures consistency and promotion of brand, look and feel, and value proposition messaging in all materials. Manages the updates and creative development of new Sales and Retirement Education Specialists presentations. Improves participant education experience through the delivery of programs distributed through direct mail, campaigns, e-mails, Journey and statement messaging.  REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s Degree Minimum of 5-7 years marketing communications experience, specifically including strong written skills, design and layout abilities. Experience within the financial services industry, Retirement Services industry a plus. Proven track record as a creative thinker. Good time management skills, including the ability to multitask and working well under pressure or deadline. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with all levels of the organization.
