Marketing Coordinator

Description:

Assisting and coordinating corporate marketing, communications and public relations programs.

 

Responsibilities:Work closely with senior staff and marketing/sales staff to conceptualize, develop and distribute all collateral material.Coordinate all aspects of direct mail programs including conceptualizing, writings and managing the fulfillment of direct mail letters, postcards and fax/email broadcasts.Coordination and execution of tradeshows and promotional events.Maintain lists and databases.Coordinate all advertising and external organizational support.Manage and maintain company internet content and design.Implement media strategies as needed.

 

Requirements:Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills (writing samples will be required).Experience in coordinating all aspects of special events and tradeshows.Superior project management and follow-up skills.Great interpersonal and communication skills.Must be articulate, organized, detail oriented, project oriented, creative, assertive, energetic, positive, dependable and good at multitasking.Bachelors Degree – Marketing or Communications preferred.Demonstrated hands-on experience (2 – 3 years) and success in a corporate marketing department or marketing agency.Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access skills.Knowledge of Salesforce.comInternet savvy.
