Marketing Services Associate

Description:(45%) Coordinates all aspects of Direct Mail production including verifying accuracy, quality, managing production schedules on assigned programs, and timeliness of the work.(15%) Route materials for approval-manage input and change process. Proof and approve mechanicals and spin jets.(20%) Adapts winning test formats into the One-step Lead Generation programs to maintain Compliance integrity and accommodate multiple product and state rollouts.(5%) Maintain files of campaign materials including full Creative and Compliance review and approval. Ensure timely tracking and retrieval of materials as needed. Monitor inventory as required.(12%) Supports the development of new copy and copy changes including coordinating schedules with advertising agencies, copy review, preparing samples and documentation.(3%) Conduct Direct Mail control format press checks as assigned by the Senior Marketing Consultant.Qualifications:At least 3 years of experience in print production in a direct Marketing or general advertising agency environment.Proven project management skillsExceptional organizational skills, communication skills, and interpersonal skills.Experience managing vendor relationships and scheduling to meet deadlines.Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple assignments.Anticipates deadlines and prepares accordingly.Must be a self-starter and work independently.Experience with PC applications: Word, Excel and Lotus NotesSalary/Benefits: Salary commensurate with experienceBeing with the best has its benefits, not the least of which is... the benefits.
