Major Duties and Functions Include: Directs administrative sales support-related activities to optimize the sales outcomes of the sales force. Supervises the daily operations of a team of sales support administrative staff to ensure exceptional customer service and rapid call response is delivered at all times. Effectively manages the workload balance of the team and assumes workload when necessary to ensure all producers needs are met. Monitors the quality and accuracy of information provided by associates and initiates new training or coaching programs as needed. Keeps abreast of all new initiatives, underwriting, and product changes and ensures new information is disseminated to associates in an easy to understand, timely manner. Conducts operational support. What You Need to Succeed: Proven ability to manage a team and analyze work processes to identify opportunities for improvements and efficiencies. Preference for experience managing a relationship with technology or IT partners in a sales support environment. Work shouldn’t be something you do just to make ends meet.
