Multinational Benefits Client Service Manager

 

The Willis Multinational Employee Benefits Client Service Manager will have the following responsibilities:

 

· Conduct research and prepare briefing papers on healthcare and benefits issues in various countries.

· Maintain updated countries profiles.

· Assist in conducting employee benefits audits and reviews relating to international employee benefits, including interfacing with clients, carriers, multinational pooling networks and Willis EB staff in different countries.

·Assist in developing global health and wellness benefit programs, measurement tools and implementation

  strategies for multinational companies.

· Assist with pooling proposals and arrangements.

· Assist in administering global benefit programs and brokerage services for multinational companies.

·Coordinate proposals with multinational sales representatives and Willis EB operations including coordinating proposal submissions from different countries, preparing global programs proposals and preparing presentations.

· Maintain multinational client, prospect and target lists.

· Assist with measuring penetration rates in multinational clients and identifying potential for growth in relationship with existing multinational clients.
