Multinational Solutions Product Support Specialist

Major Duties and Functions Include: Reporting to the Director of Product Support, the Product Support Specialist (029) will be responsible for developing and executing the MNS distribution support programs and initiatives Principal Responsibilities include: Work with the MNS business development team to identify opportunities for EBSS associates to promote the product with customers and brokers/consultants Work with the MNS business development team to create ways to recognize EBSS associates who achieve a certain level of success in promoting the MNS product Create a process for responding to proposals and manage the end-to-end proposal process Collaborate with our partners within MetLife US, AXA/Maxis, MetLife International’s marketing organizations to determine MNS led thought-leadership initiatives Review and advise on local field office programs focusing on MNS Work with Institutional Marketing to integrate MNS into customer and broker/consultant satisfaction surveys Plan and coordinate MNS led broker and customer events and industry symposiums Work with the MNS technical and underwriting team to develop a metrics reporting platform What You Need to Succeed: Minimum of 3 years of employee benefits marketing experience or experience in International business Ability to lead and manage complex projects Proven analytical skills Demonstrated abilities to plan, set priorities and track results Ability to deliver strong results within a highly matrixed environment People skills with an ability to balance candor, diplomacy, discretion and understanding Excellent written and oral presentation skills Must be able to multi task in deadline driven environment Self motivated, able to work well on own; a make it happen attitude Bi-lingual, French/English or Spanish/English a plus but not required Work shouldn’t be something you do just to make ends meet.
