Multilingual premium pay is available!Position Requirements:Our Account Representatives serve as a key customer relationship specialist working closely with District Managers and Agents to assist in evaluating risk levels on personal lines auto and home insurance policies. Providing advice and assistance on matters relating to coverage interpretations, policy questions, and endorsement provisions. They examine all applications (new, reinstatement, and change) to determine the quality of risks and whether they are acceptable and proper based off of the established guidelines and published procedures. Then making decisions to accept, decline, or modify auto and home applications based on risk and established guidelines. Our Account Representatives start their career at Farmers with a structured 16 week long, fully paid training program.Position Attributes:- Four-year college degree - 1 year work experience in a customer service and/or insurance position - Excellent customer service and communication skills - Sound judgment and decision making skills.
