Major Duties and Functions Include: Responsible for overseeing new business process and communication to the field on outstanding requirements while providing coaching, recommendations and best practices to promote immediate and high quality service. Maintains and exceeds service standards on quality and turnaround time for all individual LTC new business cases. Full people management responsibilities.
