Join us at our headquarters in Milwaukee's vibrant downtown for a career that offers you an opportunity to use your talent to its fullest potential.  Clinical Trainer & Quality Improvement Coordinator As a Trainer /QI Coordinator dedicated to our Health Management Department, you'll identify trends, process improvement opportunities and training needs through our QI process.The Trainer /QI Coordinator will participate in the development and delivery of training programs.  The Trainer /QI Coordinator will perform monthly assessments of our clinical documentation and provide feedback and analysis of the data gathered. You will be working with our staff of licensed and non licensed healthcare professionals. We're looking for an RN or LPN with current state License and a minimum of five years of clinical practice. Also important is, 1 to 2 years of experience in training and quality improvement matters of general health insurance and business techniques. Familiarity with URAC and/or NCQA criteria is desirable. This position requires an individual who has knowledge of development and delivery of training programs and materials. The incumbent should have an understanding of adult learning principles, be able to effectively facilitate training sessions, and be able to adapt training sessions to serve the needs of the trainees. Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, identify trends and make improvement suggestions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required. Strong interpersonal relations skills, including the ability to provide coaching and feedback to staff trainees, are essential.
