Give case status, booklet request and other pending Home Office submittals to the service team on a timely basis. Complete Administrative Guides for customers Request experience exhibits and Schedule A information Coordination of materials including mailers, presentations, enrollment materials, etc. Generate and mail amendments and other service documents.
Effectively support the Account Management needs resulting from phone calls, e-mails, faxes, etc.  Schedule and organize calendar, meetings & travel.
