We have the following opportunities available:Office Claims Representatives Our Office Claims Representative position involves processing mostly auto insurance claims over the telephone. This requires excellent customer service skills, investigation skills, determining responsibility for accidents, confirming policy/premium payments and coverages, as well as explaining policy benefits and claims decisions to our customers. This is an entry-level position, not requiring any insurance experience. Qualified candidates must have a 4-year degree, strong communication skills, be able to type 30 wpm, and the desire to provide quality customer service.
