We seek a highly organized, detail-oriented professional to perform the real time management of contact volume to meet service metric goals. Be prepared to proactively monitor and manage site resources, contact routing and system availability to ensure proactive response to all situations. Your ability to anticipate the unexpected and provide solid analytical feedback to forecast and scheduling analysts on trends will also be essential to the position.

 

Our qualifications include:Experience with IEX WFM system and Avaya/CMS reporting Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Research, Statistics or equivalent experienceExceptional time management skills and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environmentAbility to communicate complex information in a clear, concise manner and with all levels of the organizationSkilled in creating models, customized reports and extracting relevant data
