PERSONAL LINES DEPARTMENT MANAGER TEAM LEADER

Position: Personal Lines Department Manager

Location: Hyannis MA area.

Excellent opportunity for an individual to be a team leader for a total of 10 personal lines CSR's for two locations.  You will be a working coach.  Must have a love and passion for insurance.

Skills needed:

P and C License

Excellent managerial skills

Must know all aspects in personal lines. High net worth experience a plus.

Hours of operations: 8:30 to 4:30 PM

GREAT benefits. 2 Weeks pay plus 7 days Person Time off. 85% contribution for TUFTS Family. 1 hour lunch 35 hr

That means the employee pays $22.00 per week only for family plan. They pay 100% Family Dental, Life, Long and Short Term Disability.

aprox 13 Paid holidays No nights, no weekends. 

AMS, web based. Alpha split, T filing.
