Personal Lines Sales Associate & CSR

Essential Job Functions:Create new business & build strong relationships with existing client base (speciality area auto)Uncover insurance needs and provide solutions in business insurance.Prospect and solicit clients as well as be creative in marketing & underwriting.Proficient knowledge in products and services being offered to clients.Meet minimum production requirements (new and renewal)

Essential Job Qualifications:Candidate must possess current and active 440 or 220 Florida Property and Casualty license.Candidate should have at least 2 years of prior insurance sales experience, preferably specializing in auto.Candidate must be personable with good phone skills and have a professional demeanor.Key qualifications include having exceptional sales skills and proven track record.Candidate must and be team-oriented and be able to multi-task.Candidate must also be a self-starter and be able to work independently with little direction or supervision.College degree required.Knowledge of Applied Systems a plus.
