If you are interested in working in a fast paced, dynamic environment and meet the requirements below, apply today!What You’ll Be Doing:Managing all aspects of software development projects according to methodology and program standards as set by IT-PMO to include: Project risk assessment, planning and development of project plans and schedules utilized to manage project teams, milestones and delivery dates; direct project oversight reviews; project resource forecasting, leveling, and acquisition from IT departments; provide project health, status and budget reports to all levels of management; manage multiple stakeholders on the project; and other duties as assigned.This position is required to ensure the IT-Project Management Office meets it's project delivery commitments as requested by all Business Units to ensure alignment with AIG Agency Auto’s strategic goalsWhat We Require:• 5 – 8+ years of project management experience with technical knowledge garnered from working in an IT development and operations division. • Experience in 2 large projects from initiation through planning, execution, control and closeout with delegation, budgetary and scope responsibility/authority.• Strong skills in MS Project, Viso and executive dashboards to facilicate status reports and project progress, presentations to management and/or customer.• Must be highly professional with astute communication skills and comfortable communicating on all levels with co-workers, upper management, and on site consulting firms. • Vendor/Outsourcing experience. • Solid knowledge and demonstrated utilization of structured project methodolgies.• PMP certification strongly desired.
