PT Office Assistant-Shipping and Receiving

This is a part-time internal office position, M-Thur 11:00am – 6:00pm.  It is the responsibility of this position to assist the coordinator with payroll shipments, return checks, tracking shipments and to provide shipping and receiving support to corporate office. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Collect and meter outgoing packages and mailing envelopes sent via FedEx, USPS, UPS and local couriers Seal payroll checks and ship packages for Client Services department Troubleshoot problem shipments Sort and distribute all incoming mail and packages High School diploma or equivalent is required* All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to age, race, creed, color, national origin, ancestry, marital status, affectional or sexual orientation or sex.  ***interested applicants should submit a resume with salary requirements to jobs@selectivehr.com or fax to 941-758-6330.
